Russell was the CEO of a group of British industrial businesses in his prior role. He setup the group and acquired 6 manufacturing companies and helped to develop these companies after they were acquired.
He is currently the chairman of Supply Plus, which manufactures ladders, hose reels and fuel delivery reels which are used on fire engines and fuel delivery vehicles.
He is also the chairman of DP Seals, which manufactures custom rubber seals, gaskets and mouldings.
He is a proud father to three young children and takes an active role in the charity sector serving as the Treasurer of a small charity that helps the elderly in his community.
The founder's great grandfather was in the Royal Marines in World War One and survived the Somme and Galipoli. On returning from the war he became the managing director of a hotel in Bournemouth.
His grandparents were both in the Royal Navy in World War Two. On their return, they setup their own dental practice together which they ran for 35 years.
His dad was the managing director of an industrial manufacturing business but was sadly struck by cancer and passed away at age 41. His mum then setup her own legal practice to provide for two boys as a now single mum.
Russell setup Trusta Industries to continue the legacy of running small and medium sized companies within his family and to continue the journey that his dad started but was not able to complete.
